Discuss daily and bedtime routines
Address bedtime behaviors and any issues with staying asleep (and in bed)
Receive a customized plan to enforce bedtime routine, take care of sleep disrupters, and implement rules to continue ideal sleep habits.
If your family needs a little more support, we offer in-home bedtime and overnight services to assist in implementing your custom sleep plan.
We believe that continued support is ideal. We include a follow-up call, texting support and adjustments if needed. New babies, schedule changes, dropping naps during the day, vacations can all disrupt sleep patterns, and sometimes cause regression. We’ll be here to ensure your family gets to sleep, stays asleep and Wakes up Happy!
Consultations are approximately 2 hours in home, and start at $400
